Restory Terms of Service

The service
Restory records changes to products in your Shopify store and lets you review and revert them. It is provided by Huptech Web Private Limited ("we", "us").
Subscriptions
Restory is billed through Shopify's billing system on a 30-day cycle with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the app's Plan page or by uninstalling; charges stop per Shopify's billing rules.
Reverts are actions you choose
Reverting a change writes to your product data. We show you exactly what will change before applying it, and we warn you when a field has changed again since the version you selected. You are responsible for reviewing a revert before applying it.
Limits of the service
Restory can only record changes that occur while it is installed, and history is limited to your plan's retention window. Shopify's API does not identify which staff member made a change, so Restory does not show this. Deleted-product restore depends on data Shopify retains (for example, images remain restorable only while Shopify's CDN keeps them).
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
